About us:



Job Responsibilities
  • Establish and continuously expand a partner network covering seven modules: financial services, logistics services, tax and accounting services, IT services, compliance services, business services and marketing services, covering key resource providers such as financial institutions, logistics companies, accounting firms, law firms, IT solution providers, government-related institutions and business support organizations.
  • According to the member enterprise's overseas development stage (start-up stage, development stage, mature stage), carry out intelligent matching and precise docking of ecological resources, and provide customized and hierarchical service support solutions.
  • Assist member enterprises to seize cross-border financing opportunities, apply for local government funding projects in Hong Kong (such as the ITF Innovation and Technology Fund, the Cyberport Incubation Program, etc.), introduce scene customers, recommend high-end talents, and promote actual implementation.
  • Lead the selection, negotiation, signing of cooperation agreements and subsequent operations management of ecological partners, establish standardized cooperation processes and performance evaluation mechanisms, and ensure long-term stable cooperative relationships and measurable value.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to design and implement an "ecosystem empowerment" type of service product, and enhance the platform's comprehensive service capability and customer satisfaction for enterprises.
  • Actively promote ecological cooperation to bring about commercial transformation, support the overall revenue target of the platform, and explore diversified monetization paths such as joint solution development, profit-sharing cooperation, and joint marketing.
  • Utilize the advantages of trilingualism (Mandarin, Cantonese, English) and dual culture, strengthen the interconnection and interaction of resources between the mainland and Hong Kong, and promote the construction and development of the "industrial community".
  • Actively introduce overseas high-quality resources and innovative cooperation models, enhance the platform's internationalization service level and industry influence.
Work requirements
  • Graduated from a 985/211 university, bachelor's degree or above.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent multilingual written expression and oral negotiation skills, able to efficiently handle cross-cultural communication scenarios.
  • Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, and have a growing experience or educational background in the mainland, and a deep understanding of the business environment and cultural differences between the two places.
  • At least 5 years of work experience, with practical experience in eco-partner management, business development, strategic cooperation or enterprise-level services; those with cross-border business resources, overseas networks or technology service industry background are preferred.
  • Systematically understand the needs of enterprises going overseas throughout the entire cycle, quickly understand and apply the logical framework of "Service Map 1.0", and have the ability to build a cooperative system from scratch.
  • Have strong resource integration awareness and practical ability, good at identifying cooperative opportunities and promoting win-win situations among multiple parties.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong communication and coordination skills, able to promote consensus in complex interest relationships and resolve cooperation barriers.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit, adapt to a fast-paced, high-goal oriented work environment, self-motivated, and results-driven.
