IT Technical Assistant (IT Technical Assistant)

[Main Responsibilities]

Daily technical support: Answer user inquiries, quickly solve office software and hardware, network and system problems (including video conferencing and printers),

Equipment Management and Maintenance: Manage and maintain company computers, mobile devices, servers, and related peripherals.

System deployment and upgrade: Perform operating system (Windows / macOS) installation, software configuration, and daily upgrades.

Information Security Execution: Assist in implementing IT security measures, execute data backup, and ensure company network security.

Field Service: Need to go out for field work according to job requirements, handle on-site technical support.

Entry Requirements ]

Educational background: Hold a higher diploma (Higher Diploma) or above in information technology, computer science or related sciences, or above.

Work experience: Have 1 year or above IT support / Helpdesk experience.

Professional skills: Familiar with Windows and Mac operating systems. Proficient in operating PC, mobile devices, MS Office/Microsoft 365 applications. Have basic network knowledge (such as LAN/VPN technology, those with LAN/VPN technology are preferred)

Skills: Good communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to handle daily work independently.

Working hours: 09:00 - 18:30

Working days: Work 5 to 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
