Job Description

Job Responsibilities

In-depth analysis of customers’ financial situation, risk preferences, family structure and life stage goals, systematic evaluation of existing coverage gaps, and proposal of comprehensive and individually tailored solutions with feasibility.
Full support for insurance application, including complete review of application materials, clear explanation of policy terms, co-ordination of signature procedures, and subsequent payment schedule reminders and electronic insurance services guidance to ensure smooth, compliant processes and high-quality customer experiences.
Proactively conduct regular policy reviews (at least once a year), and immediately initiate a coverage suitability evaluation if a customer experiences a major life event (such as marriage, childbirth, house purchase, career change or health status change), providing professional advice on policy adjustments, beneficiary changes or product conversions.
Actively participate in the company's planning of regulatory compliance training, product knowledge update courses and situational sales exercises, and continuously strengthen financial supervision and regulation Compliance awareness, cross-product integration planning skills and high-trust customer communication skills.

Work requirements

Have basic financial, insurance or related business background, or hold a securities, futures, trust, insurance broker or any other qualification certificate approved by the competent authority
Having good logical analysis ability and numerical sensitivity, you can quickly understand the customer's financial statements, income and expenditure structure and asset allocation overview, and transform them into easy-to-understand planning language.
Have high empathy and listening skills, good at building long-term trust relationships, and able to demonstrate integrity, stability, and responsibility from the first contact to the subsequent service stages.
Have basic document processing and digital tool operation skills (such as Word, Excel, CRM systems), be able to properly manage customer data, service records and track schedules.
