Job Description<br>As the core support role of the sales team, responsible for coordinating administrative affairs management, data sorting and customer service in the sales process, ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of Hong Kong insurance product sales, providing professional logistics support to the sales team and helping to achieve the team's performance targets. <div><br>Core responsibilities<br>Sales process management: Assist the sales team in handling application for insurance policies, underwriting follow-up, confirmation of premium payment, etc. throughout the entire sales process, ensure compliance with the requirements of the Hong Kong Insurance Regulatory Authority (IA), and file and archive customer application for insurance documents to ensure file integrity and confidentiality.<br>Data statistics and analysis: Regularly collect sales data (such as policy transaction volume, premium income, customer conversion rate, etc.), use Excel or professional data tools for sorting and analysis, generate sales reports (weekly / monthly / quarterly), and provide data support for team decisions.<br>Customer Service Coordination: Act as a connecting node between the sales team and the customer, answer basic consultation on policy progress and application process from the customer, assist in handling customer feedback on demand, coordinate and solve administrative issues in the application process, and enhance customer service experience.<br>Sales support collaboration: Assist in organizing sales team meetings, training and business promotion activities, prepare meeting materials and activity supplies; manage sales materials (such as product manuals, compliance documents) inventory and distribution, ensure the team's supply of materials is sufficient.<br></div><div><br>Job Requirements<br>Education and experience: Diploma or above, 1 to 2 years of administrative, sales support or insurance industry related work experience is preferred, those familiar with the basic process of the Hong Kong insurance industry will be given extra points.<br>Professional skills: Have excellent data processing and report preparation skills, be familiar with Office office software (especially Excel functions, PPT); those who understand the Hong Kong insurance industry's compliance requirements (such as the Insurance Intermediary Supervision System) are preferred.<br>Comprehensive quality: Have strong sense of responsibility and control ability, and be able to handle multi-threaded work efficiently; have good communication and coordination skills and service awareness, fluent in reading and writing in Chinese and English (Cantonese fluent is preferred).<br></div><div><br>Positional advantages<br>In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong insurance industry operating model, accumulation of professional experience in the fields of compliance and sales support;<br>Collaborate with an excellent sales team, learn efficient communication and problem-solving skills;<br></div>
