Job Title: Electrical Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute regular inspections and calibrations according to the preventive maintenance plan, ensuring that all electrical installations comply with the Hong Kong Electricity Ordinance and the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) safety standards;

• Record maintenance and repair details and material usage, update equipment files and work order system, ensure maintenance operations are traceable, compliant, and efficient;

Requirements:

• Holding a Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Services Department-recognized "Electricity Engineering Officer Registration Certificate" (Class A or Class B), with the legal qualifications to engage in electrical work in Hong Kong;

• Have 3 to 5 years of practical electrical installation, maintenance and repair experience, with priority given to those who have worked in hotels, commercial buildings or high-end property management units;

• Familiar with Hong Kong electricity legislation, the Housing Department and the Fire Services Department related specifications, able to independently read circuit diagrams, distribution layout diagrams and equipment technical files;

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic writing skills to fill out work orders and safety reports;

• Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa, or need the company to assist in obtaining a work visa, and be willing to cooperate with the weekly 6-day work schedule and shift system (including day shift, night shift and holiday rotation)
