Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for indoor sports court cashiers, including handling customer consumption, settlement and invoice issuance, etc.
Assist with daily site cleaning and organization, ensure sports facilities and public areas are neat and clean, and enhance user experience.
Assist in managing human flow during peak hours, guide customers to use facilities, maintain order and a safe environment.
Regularly check stock levels, assist with replenishment and simple inventory records to ensure adequate product supply.

Work requirements

Secondary school graduation or above, those with relevant reception or retail experience will be given priority.
Basic computer skills, familiar with cash register systems or POS machines, are preferred.
Outgoing and polite personality, good Cantonese communication skills, and able to effectively communicate with customers.
Active and proactive work attitude, sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to physical labor and standing for long periods of time.
Willing to comply with shift work, including working on weekends and public holidays.
