Full-Time Executive Driver

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing daily business and personal transportation services for senior executives. Work closely with the administrative team to coordinate schedules, plan routes, and handle last-minute changes, ensuring safe, punctual, and smooth travel at all times.

2. Responsible for the daily cleaning of the vehicle, as well as the maintenance of both the exterior and interior. Regularly inspect the vehicle condition, including oil levels, tires, brakes, and other key components. Complete annual vehicle inspections, maintenance, insurance follow-ups, and related matters as required.

3. Strictly comply with local traffic regulations and drive in a safe and professional manner. Properly safeguard the vehicle and all items in the vehicle, and maintain basic records such as vehicle usage logs and mileage records.

4. Demonstrate strong service awareness and confidentiality. Maintain professional ethics and strictly protect the confidentiality of executives’ schedules, conversations, and private information.

Position Requirements

1. Hold a valid official Hong Kong driving lisence, with at least 5 years of driving experience. Familiar with roads across Hong Kong, traffic regulations, restricted areas, parking facilities, and routes to major commercial districts, office buildings, airports, and border checkpoints.

2. Familiar with Hong Kong vehicle inspection, insurance, repair, and maintenance procedures, as well as local traffic violation handling rules.

3. No record of major traffic accidents, serious traffic violations, drunk driving, drug driving, or other negative driving records.

4. Able to adapt to flexible working hours and cooperate with executives’ irregular travel arrangements. Honest, stable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate appropriately.

5. Fluent in Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus.
