Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for the overall operation and management of the store, achieving the sales targets, profit indicators and various key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  • Implement the company's store management system, operating policies and service standards 3.0, ensure daily operations are compliant, efficient and consistent, and meet the local retail regulations and practical requirements of Hong Kong.
  • Coordinate the store's human resources work, including employee recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation and team development; lead the implementation of service processes, clearly communicate brand positioning and value proposition, and enhance customer experience consistency.
  • Implement brand visual image standards: plan and supervise window display, in-store display, lighting atmosphere, POP materials and store cleaning and sanitation, ensuring that spatial aesthetics and brand high-end temperament are highly compatible.
  • Maintain the store environment and employee appearance standards, strictly enforce the brand image manual requirements, and strengthen customers’ perception of the brand’s professionalism and reputation.
  • As the core window of store external coordination, effectively communicate with various departments of the company (such as marketing, human resources, logistics) and shopping mall management, promote resource collaboration and problem solving.
  • Provide high-quality customer service by example, handle important customer complaints and VIP needs, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Work requirements

  • Have at least 3 years of high-end outdoor or fashion retail store management experience, with successful leadership of teams achieving sales growth, improving operating efficiency or enhancing customer experience.
  • Familiar with the entire retail supply chain, especially skilled in personnel management, goods inventory control, visual merchandising strategy and on-site operation details.
  • Have excellent cross-department and external collaboration skills, be able to clearly express, proactively push, and decisively make decisions, and maintain service quality and team stability under pressure.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, able to communicate basic work information in English (such as reading emails, presentation materials, and receiving international customers).
