Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Set and achieve store sales and profit targets, analyze data to optimize products and promotion strategies.

2. Coordinate daily operations: scheduling, opening and closing, inventory management, display standards, equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulations and mall requirements.

3. Management team: Recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation of employees, implementation of service standards, and handling of customer complaints and emergencies.

4. Control store expenses, be responsible for P&L, submit operating statements on time, and report to the headquarters.

5. Maintain brand image, collect market feedback, and assist local marketing activities.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Secondary five or above.

2. Experience: More than 1 year of retail chain store management experience in Hong Kong, with preference for the streetwear industry.

3. Language: Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, with English reading and writing abilities.

4. Proficient in using POS systems and Office software, team leadership, and cost control abilities.
