Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisor to handle the car team, daily cleaning operations and warehouse management

• Manage fleet scheduling and planning

• Assist Department Head to coordinate and communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth operations

• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above

• 2 years relevant experience in fleet management or cleaning industry is preferred

• Good planning, communication and people management skills

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Holder of driving Licence No.1 and No.2

• Immediate availability is preferred
