Assistant film editor (Fresh Graduates Welcomed!)

Main responsibilities: YouTube focused content creation

• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality knowledge-based long films, specifically designed for YouTube, with the goal of improving audience awareness, retention rate and conversion rate.

• Re-edit long-form video content into short clips/highlights, suitable for multi-platform distribution (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Transformation-oriented stories tell

• Collaborate with the growth marketing team to create content that not only teaches people but also persuades viewers to take action (learn more and ultimately convert).

• Analyze video data (CTR, retention rate, viewing time), and optimize future editing directions based on the results.

Creative collaboration

We are looking for:

• Familiar with YouTube ecosystem and editing skills

• Know the whole Animation (mainly After Effects)

• Have knowledge and practical experience in using AI tools to create videos (e.g., Google Gemini, Kling, Midjourney, CapCut, Sora, Grok, etc.)

• Have social media content creation experience (Shorts/Reels/TikTok)

• Interested in or related knowledge of investment, finance, and trading (will be given priority)

• Creative, autonomous, and willing to try new things
