A. Recruitment position
Asset Management Department Asset Management Position (Overseas Project Direction) (1-2 people)
[Job Responsibilities]:
1. Implement and execute the relevant policies, laws and regulations of the upper level on overseas project equity management, as well as the relevant management systems and standards.
2. Responsible for establishing an overseas joint venture and holding company project management system, and formulating overseas joint venture and holding company project management rules.
3. Responsible for conducting overseas joint venture and holding company equity management, and responsible for corporate governance-related matters.
5. Responsible for assisting in the preparation and daily liaison and cooperation exchange with overseas shareholders and controlling parties.
7. Responsible for collecting and analyzing power industry regulatory policies in the project location, and risk control of overseas joint ventures and wholly-owned subsidiaries.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
II. Work location
Hong Kong (depending on work needs, travel to Mainland China and overseas project sites)
Three. Qualifications
(1) Basic conditions
1. Legally employable social individuals in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (no need for company assistance in obtaining or renewing a Hong Kong work visa).
2. Recognize and follow the Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. corporate culture.
4. No relatives with marital, direct blood, collateral blood within three generations, or close in-law relationships are working at Nansha Power International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and its affiliated units.
(2) Position employment conditions

[Job Requirements]:
1. Work experience: Those with overseas project development, construction, and operation experience are preferred. Those with overseas work experience, including overseas construction experience, are preferred.
2. Foreign language ability: Able to use English or Spanish, Arabic, Russian, etc. as working language.
3. Other requirements: Have strong comprehensive management and organizational and coordination skills, have good language and writing expression skills.
[Qualifications]:
1. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above.
