<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1. Strategy & Planning</p><p>Formulate HR strategies for overseas ventures by leveraging insights from the Hong Kong auto dealership market. Analyze local labor trends to spot talent needs.</p><p>2. Talent Management</p><p>Lead overseas recruitment by tapping into your Hong Kong auto industry network to attract top talent. Develop training plans to upskill overseas staff, sharing Hong Kong's best practices. Identify high-potentials and create career paths.</p><p>3. Performance & Compensation</p><p>Oversee overseas performance evaluations, ensuring fairness. Design competitive compensation and benefits packages for overseas employees, taking into account Hong Kong's market standards. Regularly benchmark against peers.</p><p>4. Relations & Compliance</p><p>Build positive employee relations overseas by resolving conflicts with cultural sensitivity. Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws in all markets. Share Hong Kong auto dealership HR insights with the overseas team.</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>1. Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field. A master's is a plus.</p><p>2.10+ years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Hong Kong auto dealership HR. Proven success in cross-cultural HR management.</p><p>3. Deep knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws and auto dealership HR.</p><p>4. Excellent communication skills to build cross-cultural relationships. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills for overseas HR issues.</p><p>5. Fluent in English and Chinese.</p>
