Property Officer

Responsibilities

• To assist in daily operations of managing a Home Ownership Scheme Flats and Transitional Housing

• Provide customer services to tenants such as answering inquiries, handling complaint cases, and conducting case investigations; monitoring the maintenance work schedules, etc.

• Perform day to day property management dutiesandad hoc duties as assigned by superiors

• Handle all tenancy issues required by the Housing Department

• Responsible for the returns to Housing Department including regular reports submission

Requirements

• Holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Property Management or related disciplines;AND

• At least one year of experience in property management

• HKCEE, HKDSE Chinese Level 3/C

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel,PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

• Service-oriented, a team player with effective communication and interpersonalskills

• Holders of PMSA (Tier 2) License, and Immediately available candidates will be an advantage. ***
