With the team has over 20 years of experience, we gained extensive experience and reputation in the industry.</p><p>To cope with our increasing business activities and new initiatives, Ample Construction (HK) Limited is inviting high caliber candidates to join our team.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Take lead and report to Project Leader for the planning, scheduling and programme development of project activities, including design, statutory submissions and approvals</li><li>Work with the team to develop project related details</li><li>Site inspection, monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site</li><li>To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with different parties trade, clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers to ensure projects delivery with success & quality</li></ul><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Higher Diploma or above in Building Surveying / Quantity Surveying / Architectural Studies / Building Studies / Structural Engineering or related disciplines</li><li>Minimum 2 years working experience in handling Building A&A, High-end Fit Out projects and well versed in regulation & procedure of Building Department</li><li>Experience in Facilities Maintenance project will be an advantage</li><li>Self-motivated with good management and effective communication skills</li><li>Strong organisational and analytical skills</li><li>Pro-active, willing to learn and ability to work individually under tight schedule and pressure</li><li>Well versed with PC applications such as MS Office, AutoCAD & MS Project, proficiency in Excel Function (i.e. v-lookup, pivot table) is an advantage</li><li>Good command in both written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin</li><li>Willing to go to site occasionally</li><li>Immediate available is preferred</li></ul><p></p><p>We offer a competitive remuneration package:</p><ul><li>Performance Bonus</li><li>Public Holidays</li><li>Family & Pets Care Leave</li><li>Alternate Saturday Off</li><li>Paid Birthday Leave</li><li>Paid Sick Leave</li><li>Paid Marriage Leave</li><li>Medical Allowance</li><li>Education Allowance</li></ul>
