Handle asset allocation globally across funds, equity, fixed income

Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, Windows)

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

1-3 years of relevant accounting or audit experience

Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, AP/AR

Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and stakeholders

Focus on venture capital and growth-stage equity transactions

Experience in private equity funds and family offices advantageous

Lead fundraising with Family Offices in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, global markets

Minimum 5 years experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital introduction

Support GM/Director in tracking performance and assessing investment opportunities

Degree in Business, Accounting or related field; CPA, CFA, ACCA a plus

Solid understanding of IT operations

Knowledge of batch processing and troubleshooting

Manage payroll, compensation, benefits administration

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration

3-7 years of experience in private equity, focus on technology / TMT sectors

Strong interest in transitioning into public-market equity investing
